You must forgive ~ If you want God's blessing.

There is nothing so incapacitating to the Christian as the sin of an unforgiving spirit.

An unforgiving spirit preoccupies the mind, precludes creative thinking, tarnishes one's Christian profession and prohibits the possibility of restitution and reconciliation.

The godly man or woman knows how to forgive. He remembers Psalm 103, verses 3, 8, and 10. "(God) forgiveth all thine iniquities...is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, plenteous in mercy. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities."

The godly one looks "to the hole of the pit whence" he was digged and then says to his offending brother, "Here's my hand. Let me help you up."

"Brethern, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted." Galatians 6:1.

Let us not underestimate the forgiver. An inspired Apostle Paul called such an one "spiritual" and, if spiritual - then godly indeed!
